My mother washed 15 to 20 leaves of तुलसी Ocimum tenuiflorum and 3 to 5 leaves of जरांकुश Cymbopogon iwarancusa
She boiled these leaves with water while preparing tea. Due to addition of these leaves tea became strong. This experiment can be also done at your house. You can also add little bit of cardamon. During winter a little bit of clove can be added but I won't recommend clove during summer because it is said to increase the temperature of body. Please write an article on this topic.
