Farmers can easily get CURD and CHEESE from extra milk. These 2 products can be sold.

Extra FRUITS and VEGETABLES can be used to make  COMPOST for the next season or it can be given to ANIMALS.
3
Liquid obtained after producing CHEESE can be used for IRRIGATION
