Imagine ELECTRONIC  configuration of Cr 1+  ion.
Have you ever heard of Cr 1+ ion ?
I never heard of Cr 1+ ion.

You can discuss this question with friends.

11/09/2016, 21:53 - Akshita: Sir i ill check n den tell
12/09/2016, 17:59 - Shantanu: Today I read, d3 is more  stable than d5 in mediums  like water
12/09/2016, 18:27 - Akshita: Sir electronic configuration of cr is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s1 3d5 instead of 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d4 because d5 is more stable configuration beacuse of half filled d orbitals and hence may be configuration of cr+ is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d5
17/09/2016, 13:58 - Shantanu: I don't know exact answer.

You may be right.
17/09/2016, 15:42 - Akshita: Ok sir
22/09/2016, 11:24 - Shantanu: Keeping yourself at a fun level helps you to dip easily into the creative side.Laughter releases chemicals and returns the body to a state of balance. Shared laughter creates a bond of friendships. When people laugh together, they cease to be young and old, big and small, man and woman. Laughter is the shortest distance between human hearts.

Humor is just another defense against the universe.

22/09/2016, 11:28 - Akshita: It's nice sir...
03/11/2016, 08:36 - Shantanu: Every time you send your car for a proper cleaning, you could be using 120 litres of water per wash. That's how much the country's biggest car maker with the most market share (47%), Maruti, claims to save per car when customers opt for dry-wash. Today, 488 service stations across the country use dry-wash bio-degradable chemicals, 414 use mechanised wash, which saves about 60 litres per car.

To put this in perspective, Maruti has 3086 workshops across 1478 cities, serving 17 million customers and has reduced water consumption by around 500 crore litres per annum.

EMPLOYEE SUGGESTION  SCHEME

Every year, Maruti employees share 3 to 4 lakh suggestions through the Employee Suggestion Scheme; most of these fall into the product weight reduction category. Quite a few have been implemented.

Alto K10 lost 10 kg and   Swift 40 kg resulting in an increase of fuel efficiency by 3.15 kmpl and 1.84 kmpl, respectively

03/11/2016, 14:53 - Shantanu: In a landmark judgment, Supreme Court quashed Singur land acquisition by West Bengal government in 2006, handing Tata Motors a big setback. The apex court told West Bengal government to hand the land back to the farmers, giving it 12 week time to do so.

1000 acre land was acquired by Buddhadeb Bhattacharya government in 2006 to facilitate Tata to set up its Nano car manufacturing plant. In May this year, Justices Gowda and Arun Kumar Mishra heard pleas of Tata, Bengal government, aggrieved farmers of Singur and reserved their judgment.

During hearing Justice Gowda mentioned that agricultural land can be acquired for industry, but it is better to avoid the use of multi-crop producing land for such an activity. Justice Mishra observed that Singur plot was acquired for Tata, though it was meant for 'public purpose'.

Congress leader and counsel for the  Tata, Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that land was handed over to the  Tata in the 'public interest'.

7. The banker, robs all six.
8. The lawyer, misleads all seven.
9. The doctor, bills all eight.
10. The undertaker, buries all nine.
11. The Politician lives happily on account of all ten.

04/11/2016, 21:23 - Akshita: Ryt sir
05/11/2016, 22:22 - Shantanu: 1 of the biggest problem that I And  people like me face is that :

Over our entire period of  youth we are too MUCH  engrossed ( busy ) in books and A world of ideals

Reality of world is VERY  DIFFERENT.

Perhaps people OF much lower caliber than us are more successful than us
05/11/2016, 22:27 - Shantanu: Literature, arts and HUMOUR give me temporary peace and temporary refuge from world.
07/11/2016, 16:23 - Shantanu: Recently FEW people close to me in my area died because of DENGUE

1 Is Very Serious, admitted in Lucknow medical college ( KGMC )

They all had good health and hygienic life style
07/11/2016, 17:33 - Akshita: Omg it's because of environment sir
11/11/2016, 13:52 - Shantanu: Yes

11/11/2016, 13:56 - Shantanu: Now we have to face different dramas Like

#_Clean_India_campaign  etc.

If general public has to be involved in sanitation work THEN Why billions of rupees are being spent on municipal corporations and  #_Clean_India_campaign ? Many municipal corporations are controlled by BJP. Now he has introduced another tax in form of cess for #_Clean_India_campaign. I am fed up with patriotic brigade and MODI followers. Public is supposed to pay more taxes and leave  subsidy / facilities.

In 1947 cost of 1 dollar was around 1 Rupee. By the year 2013 cost of 1 dollar was around Rupees 65. Even the present cost of dollar would be around Rupees 65.

In independent India thousands of farmers committed suicide.

I don't know how many farmers committed suicide in British India ?

11/11/2016, 14:53 - Akshita: Agree sir economy of india is decreasing day by day
12/11/2016, 17:25 - Shantanu: MODI and BJP have successfully ruled over India. Till now Indian humans are still alive. That's A great achievement. It's good that FEW INDIANS could not get treatment in hospital due to lack of money and died. This way population OF India has reduced.

( Positive attitude,  positive thoughts and positive thinking )

Now MODI and BJP can be sent to MARS so that they can improve LIVING condition of MARS. Only stupids and duffers are suffering in MODI government.

AAP and  KEJRIWAL can be  given A chance to rule over India.

SHANTANU
( Optimistic human )

19/11/2016, 12:47 - Shantanu: I am predicting A catastrophe ( disaster ) that would bring huge destruction

09/03/2017, 21:55 - Shantanu: This year there has been a bumper harvest of potato crop in Punjab.

Farmers are getting very low  price for potato crop.

E.g. in Punjab farmers are getting below Rs 2 for per kg  of potatoes.

Farmers are not even able to
Get cost price of Potato  crop.

Someone can purchase these crops and store for A longer period of time.
I think by this step there would be :

1.
Good  income for people involved in this business.

2.  Farmers can get high price for crops.

3.  Consumers can get crops at cheap  price.

4.  People involved in THIS  business can get strong grip /  hold on POLITICS of villages.

5.  crops can be saved from getting wasted ( बर्बाद or  सड़ना ).
crops can be stored for longer time and can be used in case of less production, drought  or famine ( कम पैदावार , सूखा or अकाल )

.
.
.
Every year there is bumper  harvest of some crops.

This kind of work can be done for other crops also.
