 There is a SHORTAGE of IAS officer

Teachers from IIT *Kanpur* can fulfill this *vaccancy* BECAUSE they are GOOD *administrator* 

 *Education* can be *improved* if there is no TEACHER in IIT Kanpur. 

Good books 📚 and *good* *STUDY* material can be TOLD to students in the *beginning* of session 

 *Students* can do *better* by SELF STUDY and with the *guidance* of *technicians* 

Teachers in chemistry 🧪⚗️ department 🏬 of IIT *Kanpur* forced their PhD students to do research work *even* while they were doing course work of 3 or 4 subjects in a semester

I think that this was illegal

How can they tell a PhD student to do research if *that* student is *busy* with course work

Focus is on *quantity*

I have *no* *idea* ABOUT their quality

How *many* TEACHERS working in the field 🏑 🏑 of *structure* from chemistry 🧪 and our department *can* proove the VALUE of
