मध्यप्रदेश के कई जिलों में इन दिनों किसानों को संतरा के भाव पांच रुपये किलो भी नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं। आम तौर पर संतरों का भाव 25-30 रुपए किलो तक होता है, बड़े शहरों में इसकी कीमत 70-100  रुपए   किलो रहती है आलू की जबरदस्त पैदावार के बाद इसकी कीमतों में खासी कमी आई है उचित दाम नहीं मिलने पर west बंगाल में 1 किसान ने आत्महत्या कर ली आलू  का दाम नहीं मिलने से परेशान किसानों ने सड़क पर  आलू  फेंक कर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया. बृहस्पतिवार सुबह यह घटना मालदा थाना  में घटी. My feedback for ART OF LIVING as a customer : It would be better if part 1 courses are being conducted slowly. E.g. If yes+ is conducted for 3 weeks. Initial 10 days could be devoted only for warm up and fun activities so that participants can relax. I understand by this  approach there would be less participants and you will have to charge higher fees.  THE ADVANTAGE is that course would be more   beneficial for participants. This approach can be tried at few places. In some places people can afford to pay more.  I could have easily paid Rs 6000 for that kind of course. I joined ART OF LIVING in January 2012 and I am still unable to take proper UJJAI  breadth. I have been regularly doing ART OF LIVING exercises since last 3 years.  Keeping yourself at a fun level helps you to dip easily into the creative side. Laughter releases chemicals and returns the body to a state of balance.  Shared laughter creates a bond of friendships. When people laugh together, they cease to be young and old , big and small, man and woman. Laughter is the shortest distance between human hearts . Humor is just another defense against the universe.

If you can answer me on WHATSAPP THEN it's fine. Although you didn't tell me to join ART OF LIVING but I am telling you these things because I am in touch with you.  I joined ART OF LIVING to get solution for my problems. But things in ART OF LIVING turned different way. In January 2012 I was being told ART OF LIVING  is good for improving CONCENTRATION, EFFICIENCY And  OUTPUT.  I am doubtful whether my these qualities have improved.  ALTHOUGH some of my qualities like CREATIVITY and THINKING CAPACITY have improved. I have been regularly doing exercises learnt in ART OF LIVING for 20-30 minutes. Still LIFE is not smooth.  It's NOT like I expected a  sudden miracle  to become  millionaire or a  ROCK STAR BUT I Only wished for a normal middle class LIFE. ...
